Returns/Exchanges Policy (extensions specific)

Due to the professional nature of hair extensions and hygiene considerations, all sales are final once hair has been opened, worn, altered, or installed. Unopened and unused extensions may be eligible for exchange or store credit if requested within 5 days of delivery. Extensions must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Opened, altered, or installed extensions are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not issued for opened or used extensions. If a return is approved for eligible unopened products, refunds will be issued as store credit unless otherwise stated. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Rebel Hair Co. reserves the right to deny refunds or exchanges that do not meet return requirements.
